What is the minimum order I can place?
From a single 40ft reefer container (approx. 26 MT) up to monthly programs of 50–100+ containers and annual term contracts. Tell us your target volume in the quote form and we structure the shipment schedule to fit.
Which Incoterms and ports do you ship on?
FOB, CFR or CIF under Incoterms 2020, loading at Itajaí, Navegantes or Paranaguá to your destination port. Most cargo moves CIF/CFR: we arrange the reefer ocean freight (and marine insurance on CIF); on FOB you control logistics from the load port.
Are your plants approved for China (GACC) and can you supply halal?
Yes. We supply from SIF-registered plants that are listed with China's GACC — required to clear Chinese customs — and can source halal-certified paws for the Gulf, MENA and other Muslim-majority markets. The relevant certificates (SIF health certificate, GACC establishment number, halal, certificate of origin) travel with the shipment.
How do I know the paws meet spec and stayed frozen?
Quality, weight and glazing are verified at loading by an independent inspector (SGS or Intertek), and the cold chain is held at −18 °C in reefer containers with temperature records. Product is proven by inspection and certificate — not by exposing the plant — and those documents are part of the set your payment releases against.
